Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across our Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will own end-to-end reporting, from raw data ingestion to dashboards, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.

Qualifications

Expert SQL and ability to work with unstructured, complex data.
Experience owning reporting end-to-end from data to dashboard.
Strong performance marketing optimization skills.
Advanced LookML development or equivalent in BI tools.
Curiosity and business depth to become a trusted analytical partner.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across verticals.
Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends.
Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on by teams.
Standardize reporting with a clear LookML structure and data sources.
Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.
