Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management from day one to uncover meaningful trends and ensure insights drive action.

You will advance LookML structures and dashboard standardization, becoming a trusted analytical partner who influences decisions and outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Must have expert SQL skills and ability to extract insights from unstructured data.
• Proven ability to own reporting end-to-end from data sourcing to dashboard delivery.
• Experience optimizing performance marketing analytics and linking data to business levers.
• Strong LookML development skills or equivalent in BI tools like Power BI / Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decisions across multiple verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to surface insights.
• Standardize dashboards and improve data literacy across teams.
• Deliver retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, and CAC.
