Children’s Specialized ABA in Clark, NJ seeks a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections after-school program. You will supervise staff, maintain clinical fidelity, and guide treatment decisions while managing a center-based daytime caseload. Schedule runs from 10:45 a.m.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing; state licensure if applicable.
• Minimum 3+ years supervisory/leadership BCBA experience.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and providing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical leadership for the Social Connections Program with a center-based daytime caseload.
• Maintain BCBA service delivery and supervise BTs/RBTs and staff.
• Oversee data review, treatment fidelity, and family training.
• Model evidence-based, ethical ABA practices and policy compliance.
• Lead program operations, staffing, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
