Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Morristown, NJ seeks a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program. You will lead center-based after-school ABA services, supervise staff, ensure fidelity of programming, and support growth and quality of care.

The role requires BCBA in good standing, supervision experience, and a track record of program leadership. Schedule is 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. EST with a 20-hour weekly billable caseload and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in applicable state.
• BACB-approved supervision training completed.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year supervising staff in a social skills group setting.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records, CentralReach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other staff on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data to guide treatment decisions and outcomes.
• Provide training to families and stakeholders on behavioral strategies.
• Ensure practices align with BACB guidelines and ethics.
