Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA, based in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Lead BCBA to head the Social Connections Program with a center-based daytime caseload and an after-school focus. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise a team, and ensure fidelity of ABA services within a dynamic program. The role includes program oversight, staff development, and collaboration with leadership to support growth, quality, and long-term sustainability.

Schedule runs 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA in good standing and licensed state LBA where applicable.
• Minimum 3+ years BCBA supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with supervision and coaching of clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Train and supervise BTs and RBTs.
• Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Lead clinical operations and staffing.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
