Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Lead BCBA to head the Social Connections Program, delivering supervision and clinical leadership with a center-based daytime caseload. The role focuses on fidelity of ABA programming, staff development, and program quality across the after-school service hours.

You will collaborate with clinical, program development, and operations leadership to ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and sustained program growth, with a 20-hour weekly

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or Psychology is required.
• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license where applicable.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members.
• Review data to guide treatment decisions and improve outcomes.
• Provide training to families and caregivers in behavioral strategies.
• Ensure services align with BACB guidelines and company policies.
