Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA for our Social Connections Program in Clifton, NJ. You will balance center-based clinical leadership with a 20-hour weekly billable caseload and supervise BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

This on-site role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible BCBA positions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• LBA license where applicable.
• BACB-approved supervision training completed.
• 3+ years in supervisory/leadership BCBA roles.
• Experience with social skills groups and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and staff on intervention strategies.
• Review clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
• Ensure ABA practices align with BACB guidelines.
