Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program at our Eatontown, NJ site. You will provide clinical leadership while maintaining a daytime center-based caseload and guiding staff development, quality assurance, and program implementation.

The role requires supervision of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, with a schedule of 10:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. and a 20-hour weekly billable caseload. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state providing services, if applicable.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership experience.
• Minimum of one year supervising clinical staff in a social skills group setting.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records, preferably CentralReach.

Mansioni

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and team members on interventions.
• Review clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide training to families and caregivers on behavior strategies.
• Ensure ABA practices align with BACB guidelines and company policies.
• Lead clinical operations, staffing, and program quality.
• Support participant placement and group composition.
• Develop and deliver CEU training for BCBAs.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
• Lead clinical meetings and mentorship for staff.
