Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program in Eatontown, NJ. You will provide clinical leadership, maintain a daytime caseload, coach staff, ensure ABA fidelity, and support program growth. The role demands a BCBA in good standing with supervision training, 3+ years in supervisory BCBA roles, and experience with EHR systems (CentralReach preferred).

Work hours are 10:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. EST, with a 20-hour weekly billable caseload.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state providing services, if applicable.
• Completion of BACB-approved supervision training.
• 3+ years of BCBA supervisory/leadership or quality-focused experience.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in a social skills group setting.

Mansioni

• Maintain direct BCBA service delivery and billable activity per policy.
• Conduct FBAs and skills assessments to identify targets.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and team members on strategies.
• Review clinical data to guide treatment decisions and outcomes.
• Provide family and caregiver training on behavioral strategies.
• Lead supervision to ensure ABA fidelity and ethics.
• Serve as clinical lead for program fidelity and policy alignment.
• Develop CEU training for BCBAs to maintain certification.
