Job summary

AVI-SPL is a digital enablement solutions provider that delivers AV systems integration for workplaces and events. As Project Manager you will oversee direction, coordination, and completion of AV projects, ensuring time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, liaise with clients and vendors, travel to sites as needed, and drive project success through AVI-SPL processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in AV/construction/tech.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong time management and detail orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Learn and comply with AVI-SPL standard processes and procedures.
• Refer to project documents including scopes of work, drawings, contracts, schedules.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings among Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation.
• Identify and manage project risk; escalate to management as needed.
• Create and manage project schedules and resource planning.
• Manage project material/equipment orders and expenditures.
• Provide status reports and escalate issues to leadership.
• Ensure quality of work by internal and subcontracted teams.
• Communicate potential costs or disputes early to management.
• Ensure change orders are processed per procedures.
• Gather close-out documentation for service teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships focusing on on-time delivery and quality.
• Respond to client communications in a timely, professional manner.
• Travel to job sites as required.
