Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Lead ESS Installation Technician in Wisconsin to lead field installation teams on technology projects, coordinate with project management, site superintendents, and clients, and ensure successful delivery of complex systems.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with access control and video surveillance, plus the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and documentation at the job site. Lenel knowledge and safety focus are valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on, recent experience installing access control and video surveillance systems in large commercial environments.
Experience supervising others and giving constructive feedback.
Ability to train and coach others to Diversified standards.
Lenel certification is preferred.
Understanding of ACS, CCTV, intercom systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on a project site while performing as an Installation Technician.
Know and manage BOM materials for each job and required equipment.
Maintain project timelines and communicate delays to the Site Supervisor.
Take ownership of workload, manage multiple tasks, and document progress.
Coordinate with Site Supervisor and PM, and assist with inventory and site readiness.
