Job summary

Pavion in Seattle is seeking a Lead Technician to lead security installations across multiple sites, coordinating daily activities, and performing advanced configuration of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. You will be the primary field contact for technicians, project managers, and customers while upholding Pavion quality and safety standards.

Required: 5+ years in security system installation, Lenel Onguard certification, ability to read blueprints, and proven leadership of field

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion).
• Lenel Onguard certification and programming experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems.
• Serve as primary field contact for technicians, project managers, and customers.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve team performance.
