Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Lead ESS Installation Technician to oversee installation on technology projects and guide other technicians at the work site. You will interpret BOMs, coordinate with PMs and site superintendents, and handle complex system installations including IPing devices, panel terminations, and testing.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in access control and CCTV installations, supervisory experience, Lenel certification preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in large commercial environments.
• Experience supervising others and providing feedback to ensure Diversified standards.
• Lenel certification preferred; ability to understand access control/CCTV systems and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on project sites, while performing as an Installation Technician.
• Maintain knowledge of BOM and required materials for each job.
• Manage job schedules and ensure on-time device/head end installation and termination.
• Communicate timeline changes to the Site Supervisor ASAP and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist Site Supervisor with inventory and maintain online records (One Note).
• Coordinate with project management, field superintendents and clients, ensuring safety and quality.
