Job summary

Casaplex is seeking an elite, hands-on Lead AV Technician to drive on-site installation, integration, and commissioning of high-end commercial and residential systems in Kensington, MD. You will serve as the primary technical anchor, guiding installation crews and subcontractors with project managers and engineers.

The role emphasizes elite craftsmanship, site hygiene, and timely delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of installation experience in AV, security, low-voltage, electrical, structured cabling, home theater, telecom, or similar work.
• 1-2 years of experience leading a crew or supervising a job site.
• Comfortable teaching others and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of technicians on job sites.
• Start each day with a quick team meeting to plan the work.
• Assign tasks and keep the team moving.
• Help train new technicians and answer questions.
• Solve problems quickly to keep projects on schedule.
