Applicants should have 2-5 years of experience in AV installations, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with preferences for technical training.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in leading crews in installation (preferably in AV).
• Occasional night, evening work and/or weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium sized projects consisting of 1-3 technicians.
• Communicate verbally and written in a professional, effective manner.
• Delegate tasks effectively and efficiently to other technicians.
