Job summary

Diversified in Santa Teresa, NM seeks a Lead ESS Installation Technician to lead and perform installation tasks on technology projects for clients, coordinating with PMs and site supervisors. You’ll interpret drawings, manage BOMs, and oversee technicians on site.

Responsibilities include scheduling, device head-end work, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining records. Strong communication and hands-on leadership are essential for this senior field role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in large commercial environments.
• Experience supervising the work of others.
• Ability to train and coach to Diversified standards.
• Lenel experience or certification preferred.
• Understand access control/CCTV systems; install and troubleshoot.
• Proficiency with Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam, Adobe Reader.
• Familiarity with project drawings, BOM lists, SRDs, JHAs, RFIs, and redlines.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ESS Installation Technicians on a project site, while also performing as an Installation Technician.
• Maintain and learn BOM/required materials for each job.
• Maintain project timeline and communicate potential delays to the Site Supervisor.
• Take ownership of job schedules and manage multiple tasks.
• Keep daily communication with the Site Supervisor; document issues and resolutions.
• Assist with inventory and head-end installation tasks as needed.
