Qualifications

Previous automotive sales leadership experience.
Strong understanding of the automotive sales process.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Experience working deals and negotiating with customers.
Strong knowledge of dealership performance metrics.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead the Sales Team on the showroom floor, setting pace and urgency to meet goals.
Coach and develop sales consultants, sharpening their skills and turning potential into performance.
Desk deals strategically while balancing customer satisfaction, profitability, and team objectives.
Drive accountability by tracking performance and ensuring commitments become results.
Create energy by building a showroom culture where the team competes, improves, and wins.
Work the floor and be involved in deals, solving problems and leading by example.
Track the numbers: traffic, appointments, closing ratios, units, gross, and other KPIs.
