Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dealership performance metrics preferred.
• Flexible with schedule including evenings/weekends.

• Track the Numbers — monitor traffic, appointments, closing ratios, units, gross.
• Partner With Leadership — collaborate with General Manager and other departments.
