QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Previous automotive sales management experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong understanding of the automotive sales process
• Experience working deals and negotiating with customers
• Strong knowledge of dealership performance metrics
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends
