• Previous automotive sales leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the automotive sales process.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Experience working deals and negotiating with customers.
• Strong knowledge of dealership performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends.
