Job summary

The Boyd Group in Bossier City, LA is seeking a capable Estimator to create accurate damage appraisals, coordinate repairs, and keep customers informed through the repair journey. You will work closely with staff to meet KPIs while ensuring exceptional service and compliant processes.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, DRP knowledge, and at least 1 year experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year of experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Guide customers through the repair process with timely information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand applicable insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members when needed; attend training sessions.
