Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator at our Horn Lake, MS location to create accurate damage appraisals and coordinate repair needs. You will inform customers and insurance companies, ensuring a smooth repair process and alignment with KPIs.

Responsibilities include documenting communications, providing timely updates, and maintaining compliance with DRP requirements. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with I-CAR training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance clients and processes per requirements.
• Support team members and participate in daily production walks.
• Attend health & safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Assist with repair planning and communication with the customer.
