Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while coordinating repair needs
• Document customer interactions accurately and update pertinent details
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements
• Participate in production walks and support team members
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required
