Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. You will document all details, communicate with customers and insurers, and help the team meet KPIs for the repair facility.

Key responsibilities include processing DRP requirements, updates during the repair process, and contributing to daily production walks with the management team. A valid driver’s license and I-CAR training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP's and related procedures.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and stay current.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details and update records.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating processes.
• Manage customer communications and keep insurance companies informed.
• Greet customers warmly in person and by phone; maintain positive energy.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures relevant to DRP.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health, safety and staff meetings as required.
• Take part in training and information sessions as directed by Store Manager.
