Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle accounting and month-end close activities for multiple Operating Companies.
• Prepare/Review journal entries (AR, AP, cash, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany, accruals).
• Reconcile general ledger accounts per Corporate Policies.
• Explain variances to forecast and budget with management.
• Coordinate month-end close timing with cross-functional teams.
• Lead a team of accountants with guidance and development.
• Drive adoption of new accounting software and tools.
