Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting and month-end close for multiple operating companies.
• Prepare/review journal entries for AR, AP, cash, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, prepaids, intercompany, month-end accruals.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts per corporate policies.
• Explain variances to forecast and budget with management.
• Lead a team of accountants and drive process improvements.
