Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA preferred.
5-7+ years of accounting experience.
GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle accounting and month-end close for multiple Operating Companies.
Prepare and review journal entries (AR, AP, cash, payroll, assets, inventory, intercompany, accruals).
Reconcile general ledger accounts per policies.
Explain variances to forecast/budget with management.
Coordinate month-end close timing with other functions.
Lead a team of accountants; provide coaching and development.
Drive adoption of new accounting software and tools.
Lead year-end audit requests from external auditors.
