Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead to advance our QA program for web-based applications. You will shape test strategy, environments, and data, while guiding a team through automation and manual testing.

You will mentor staff, partner with developers and product owners, and report testing progress, risks, and metrics. The role supports remote or hybrid work, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a testing team.
• Experience interpreting requirements and writing test documentation.
• Knowledge of test management and automation toolsets.
• Proficiency with Playwright and Selenium.
• Ability to work in remote or hybrid teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the QA program.
