Groundswell is seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead to support the development of web-based applications with automation testing experience. You will lead test strategy, design environments, and mentor the testing team in a fully remote or hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of software testing experience
• 2+ years of automation testing experience
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members
• Experience interpreting requirements and writing test documentation
• Proficiency with Playwright and Selenium
• Ability to work in remote or hybrid teams
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the QA program and test strategy
