Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior investment operations supervisor to lead a team of administrators delivering accounting, administration and investor servicing for multiple investment companies and advisers.

You will act as a trusted advisor, identify risks through data review, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate accounting, financial statement preparation and complex expense/incentive fee calculations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven to nine years of experience in alternative investments industry.
• Self-starter with ability to operate independently, own initiatives, and drive execution.
• Strong understanding of derivative products, collateral management systems, and regulatory margining requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients, directing issue resolution and process changes to support client needs.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audit and tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investment types and complex expense/incentive fee calculations.
