U.S. Bank is seeking a senior liaison for complex trade inquiries affecting investment management clients. You will lead end-to-end coordination across Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, and client relations to drive timely resolution while building repeatable playbooks and playbooks for future issues.

The role emphasizes strong root-cause analysis, ownership, and clear updates to clients, with a hybrid/flexible schedule and wide impact across services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight to 10 years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end for high-risk, time-sensitive trade inquiries for investment management clients.
• Establish ownership and bring together Product, Operations, Risk, Technology and relationship teams to resolve issues.
• Translate inquiries into repeatable playbooks, decision trees, and operating procedures.
• Identify recurring themes, perform root-cause analysis, document corrective actions, and ensure remediation is embedded.
• Suggest process, control, data, training, or technology improvements in line with policies and laws.
