Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years’ experience in a related trade.
• Ability to read basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own set of hand tools.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to meet maintenance schedules safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily system maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Supervise and schedule mechanics/technicians in ground support equipment and related areas.
• Review and monitor work orders and personnel assignments.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with airport/airline staff to minimize downtime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program and safety compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and inventory as needed.
