Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in an operational environment.

• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling in an airport or complex facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of maintenance staff (3+ employees).
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling.
• Coordinate repairs with airport staff to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review work orders and assign tasks to technicians.
• Monitor quality and performance, provide coaching and performance appraisals.
