Job summary

Elite Line Services in Hawaii seeks a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for daily operations of the site, supervising 3+ technicians, ensuring safety and efficiency in ground support equipment, boarding bridges, and baggage handling areas.

You will coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, training, and performance reviews, align with company policies and OSHA standards, and work with customers to keep downtime to a minimum.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED or equivalent.
• 3 yearsa0experience in related trade.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own set of hand tools.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Associate2s Degree in related field.
• Airport environment experience preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• 5+ yearsa0GSE/airport shop experience preferred.
• 3+ years mentoring and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to meet maintenance schedules.
• Direct supervision of daily assignments and scheduling of trades.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with airport staff.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Train, develop and motivate maintenance site personnel.
• Conduct performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
