Job summary

Elite Line Services is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Associate to support airport equipment maintenance under the supervision of senior technicians. You will assist with preventive, routine and emergency maintenance, read manuals, and help clear jams.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year mechanical experience or BHS/PBB exposure, and willingness to work weekends/holidays. Candidates must obtain an Airport Security badge and pass safety training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience or BHS/PBB experience, or pass a mechanical aptitude test.
• Must read and interpret repair manuals and schematics.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with basic maintenance and cleaning.
• Diagnose equipment under guidance and ensure safe operation.
• Read repair manuals and follow supervisor instructions.
• Work in tight spaces with PPE and fall protection.
• Complete safety training and company procedures.
• Maintain forms and documentation.
