Job summary

Elite Line Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily site operations for ground support equipment, facilities, and baggage handling areas. You will supervise 3+ technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with airport staff to minimize downtime.

You will monitor safety compliance, enforce training programs, review work orders, and drive continuous improvement with a zero-defects mindset.

Qualifications

Must have strong leadership to manage 3+ technicians and daily assignments.
Experience coordinating maintenance with airport operations and approved safety practices.
Proven ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
