Job summary

Elite Line Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily site operations for ground support equipment, facilities, and baggage handling areas. You will supervise 3+ technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with airport staff to minimize downtime.

You will monitor safety compliance, enforce training programs, review work orders, and drive continuous improvement with a zero-defects mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership to manage 3+ technicians and daily assignments.
• Experience coordinating maintenance with airport operations and approved safety practices.
• Proven ability to plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and on-site safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance operations for ground support equipment and facility areas.
• Schedule and supervise mechanics and technicians, ensuring timely work orders.
• Coordinate repairs with airport staff to minimize customer downtime.
• Train, develop and motivate maintenance personnel toward company objectives.
• Maintain turnover reports and monitor quality of work with zero-defects mindset.
