Job summary

Elite Line Services is seeking a maintenance supervisor for airport site operations in Phoenix. You will manage 3+ technicians, supervise daily tasks, and coordinate with airport staff to ensure timely maintenance and zero-defect workmanship.

You will enforce safety, training, and quality standards while maintaining reports, tools, and parts inventory as required. This role requires flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in a related trade.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to meet maintenance schedules.
• Oversee daily system maintenance and repair as needed.
• Ensure adherence to training programs and OSHA/safety regulations.
• Schedule and supervise mechanics in ground support equipment, facilities, boarding bridges, and baggage handling areas.
• Coordinate repairs with airport and airline staff to minimize downtime.
• Maintain daily turnover reports and oversee budgets/finances as needed.
• Promote quality work and continuous improvement; conduct performance appraisals.
