Job summary

Elite Line Services (ELS) is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead daily operations for a team of technicians in a high-demand airport environment. You will manage schedules, coordinate preventive maintenance, and work with airline staff to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a related trade, reads electrical/hydraulic schematics, and brings CMMS experience along with strong leadership and safety knowledge. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
3 years’ experience in a related trade.
Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of 3+ staff to ensure schedules are met.
Direct daily assignments and supervise mechanics/technicians in ground support equipment and facilities.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with airport staff to minimize down time.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, state and local safety regulations at site and remote locations.
Mentor and develop maintenance staff; conduct performance reviews and safety training.
