Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years' experience in a related trade.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to meet maintenance schedules.
• Perform daily system maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Company training programs.
• Supervise scheduling of mechanics/technicians in ground support equipment areas.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and overhauls with airport/airline staff to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and manage daily preventive maintenance program.
