Job summary

Elite Line Services seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the Kailua-Kona site. You will manage a team of 3+ technicians, ensure schedules are met, and coordinate with airport staff to minimize downtime while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years' experience in a related trade.
• Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics.
• Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of 3+ employees to meet maintenance schedules.
• Perform daily system maintenance and repair as needed.
• Adhere to training programs and safety standards.
• Supervise daily assignments and schedule mechanics/technicians across ground support equipment, facilities, boarding bridge, and baggage handling areas.
• Coordinate repairs with airport and airline staff to minimize downtime.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program and daily turnover reports.
• Assist with budgeting and site finances as needed.
• Maintain parts inventory and ensure quality of work.
