Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience directly related to the position
• 4+ years' direct experience in a GSE Airport shop environment
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Strong hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting experience
• Previous work experience in an Airport environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of 3 or more employees, ensuring maintenance schedules are met safely and efficiently
• Coordinate and perform daily system maintenance and repair as needed
• Direct supervision and scheduling of mechanics/technicians in ground support equipment and related areas
• Review and monitor work orders; assign and track progress
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with airport and airline staff to minimize downtime
• Maintain daily turnover reports and uphold quality standards; promote zero defects
• Train, develop and motivate site personnel toward company objectives; conduct performance reviews
