Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years' experience directly related to the position
4+ years' direct experience in a GSE Airport shop environment
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Strong hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting experience
Previous work experience in an Airport environment

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of 3 or more employees, ensuring maintenance schedules are met safely and efficiently
Coordinate and perform daily system maintenance and repair as needed
Direct supervision and scheduling of mechanics/technicians in ground support equipment and related areas
Review and monitor work orders; assign and track progress
Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with airport and airline staff to minimize downtime
Maintain daily turnover reports and uphold quality standards; promote zero defects
Train, develop and motivate site personnel toward company objectives; conduct performance reviews
