Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in project, technical, or team leadership within SRE, DevOps, or automation.
• Experience guiding technology initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with testing practices including unit testing and mocks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with decisive judgment.
• Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, incl. influencing senior leaders.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional outcomes with engineering, ops and business teams.
• Passion for innovation, automation, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
• Perform engineering tests to verify designs.
• Evaluate and qualify leading-edge technology components.
• Ensure production schedules meet specifications and quality.
• Collaborate with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing to resolve issues.
• Advise executives on functional strategies for significant matters.
• Lead small teams to advance automation within SRE organization.
• Drive the AIops program milestones and reduce toil through automation.
• Act as a self-driven leader committed to continuous learning.
