Zusammenfassung

Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to enhance the AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and expand automation enterprise-wide.

This hands-on leader will drive strategic milestones, manage small teams, and engage with Humana leadership to reduce toil and improve customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• 5+ years in project, technical, or team leadership in SRE/DevOps/automation environments.
• Experience leading initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Hands-on experience with automation or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead transformation of Humana's Site Reliability Engineering organization using AI-powered operations and automation.
• Guide design, engineering, and QA to move products from design to production release.
• Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
