LawnStarter is seeking its first core AI PM to own conversational AI and agent experiences for homeowners and Pros. You will shape the chat, actions, and handoffs, and bring agentic experiences into existing workflows so AI takes action inside the product.

You will collaborate with engineering, applied science, design, data, and operations, reporting to the Sr. Director of Product. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role in a fast-moving AI team.

Competenze

• 6+ years of product management experience including AI product launches to real users
• Experience shipping AI products to customers (internal or external)
• Ability to design evals and guardrails for AI experiences
• Experience building AI features for homeowners and Pros

Mansioni

• Own the AI roadmap for consumer and Pro experiences
• Lead customer AI chat and actions, including handoffs to humans
• Integrate AI experiences into existing consumer and Pro workflows
• Define when to use external AI agents and how customers stay in control
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations to ship AI products
