Job summary

LawnStarter seeks an experienced AI Product Manager to own conversational AI and agent experiences for homeowners and Pros. You will shape the chat, actions, and how AI agents work with us, embedding AI into existing consumer and Pro workflows.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations to move fast on real user problems. You are an AI builder who ships to end users, defines evals and guardrails, and prioritizes based on data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with 3+ years launching AI products to customers.
• AI product experiences shipped to real users in B2C/B2B environments.
• You own quality evals, transcripts, and guardrails for AI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for consumer and Pro AI experiences.
• Lead customer AI chat and AI actions inside the product and apps.
• Shape agents inside existing workflows and handoffs to humans.
• Define how outside AI agents (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) work with LawnStarter.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations to ship AI features.
