Job summary

LawnStarter is hiring a Lead Product Manager for AI Agents to own conversational AI and agent experiences across homeowner and Pros workflows. You will ship chat-enabled actions, reschedules, and handoffs to human support, coordinating with design, engineering, and data teams.

In this first core AI PM role, you’ll set the roadmap, define success metrics, and influence product direction across surfaces inside the app.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for consumer and Pro experiences, including chat and agent actions.
• Ship AI features that operate inside existing workflows, not just in a chat window.
• Define evals and guardrails to ensure safe, reliable AI experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, applied science, design, data, and operations.
