Job summary

LawnStarter, the leading on-demand lawn-care marketplace, seeks a Lead AI Product Manager to own our conversational AI and agent experiences for homeowners and Pros. You will shape the chat, the actions it performs, and how the bot hands off to a human, while integrating outside AI agents into the product.

As an individual contributor with Lead-level scope, you’ll work with engineering, applied science, design, data, customer service, and operations to deliver AI features that improve

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years launching AI products to customers.
• Experience shipping AI products to real users in B2C, B2B, or B2B2C contexts.
• You write evals and build guardrails to ensure AI quality and safety before shipping.
• Fluency with agents and tool use; you understand changes when agents call actions in real systems.
• Strong prioritization discipline and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI roadmap for consumer and Pro AI experiences and determine build order.
• Lead Customer AI chat and Pro AI chat experiences and the integration of actions and handoffs.
• Ship agents inside existing consumer and Pro workflows, enabling actions beyond chat.
• Define how Customer-to-Pro messaging works and ensure smooth handoffs to human support.
