LawnStarter is seeking an AI Product Manager to own our conversational AI and agent experiences for homeowners and Pros. You will shape the chat, actions, and handoffs that allow the product to act inside existing workflows, not just a chat window.

As the Lead PM, you will partner with the Customer Experience, First Service Experience, and Pro Experience leads, collaborating with engineering, applied science, design, data, and operations to ship impactful AI features across the marketplace.

Formación

• 6+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products.
• Experience shipping AI products to real users.
• Ability to define evals and guardrails for AI experiences.
• Experience with agent-based workflows and handoffs to humans.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for consumer and Pro AI experiences.
• Lead AI chat capabilities and agent actions inside the app.
• Collaborate with engineering, applied science, design, data, CS, and operations.
• Define when to hand off to human support and how to integrate external agents.
