Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced Lead AI Software Architect in the United States to design memory architectures and data fabrics for multi-agent systems. You will lead a team of AI Architects, shape context systems, RAG, and semantic chunking, and drive scalable AI solutions across enterprise use cases.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across AI, Security, Data and Infra, and contribute to IP filings while advancing AI-native design practices in a fast-paced environment and hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficient with AI native tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiar with Python, Bash and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with RAG, semantic chunking and search.
• Benchmark architectures against agent and human evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead the AI Knowledge/Data team and mentor engineers.
• Present at conferences and support IP development.
