Job summary

EY seeks a senior Information Security Associate Director in Seattle to lead AI engineering initiatives, building agentic workflows with Claude and Python across enterprise systems. You will define standards, automate reporting, and guide risk and policy teams on AI adoption.

You will work within a global security program, ensuring safe, verifiable AI outputs while collaborating with senior stakeholders and IT to secure approvals and integration.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering.
• Demonstrable experience building production solutions with Claude, including Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience designing agentic workflows that complete end-to-end tasks.
• Practical prompt and context engineering with testing for reliability and repeatability.
• Strong Python, including automation of document and data workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and enterprise tooling (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Track record of automating recurring operational or reporting processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate the AI agents and automation that produce the program's recurring reporting, using Claude and Claude Code, integrated with enterprise systems.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program, prioritizing work by impact on effort saved and risk reduced.
• Guide teams on where and how to apply AI and agentic AI within the function’s services and processes.
• Establish practices that allow AI to be adopted safely across the function.
• Define how AI output is verified and when to raise an issue for human review.
